| Mrs. Daniel H. Pryor, 83, of Kirkland Hill, died January 13, 1959 at her home after a short illness. Marcella Quinn was born in the town of Westmoreland January 15, 1875, daughter of Thomas and Alice Houston Quinn. She was educated in the Kirkland School. On October 31, 1900 she was married to Daniel H. Pryor in St. Mary's Church, Clinton. He died September 15, 1953. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Clinton, its Rosary and Altar Society and the Clinton Grange. She leaves two daughters, Mrs Edward Dressell of Clinton. Mrs. Burton Petrie of Westmoreland; two sons, James Houston Pryor and Daniel H. Pryor both opt Clinton; a sister Mrs. Vincent Stockbridge of Kirkland, William Quinn of of Utica, James Quinn of New York City; 10 Grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be at 10 Friday from Owens Funeral Home, College St., Clinton and at 10:30 from St. Mary's Church where a requiem high mass will be offered. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Clinton. Calling hours are 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow. |
