The Anne M. Pryor Scholarship is awarded through the VVS Foundation. The scholarship is awarded annually to a Verona-Verona-Sherill (VVS) High School senior who is pursuing a career in healthcare or science in the amount of $1,500 and is matched in the 2nd year by the VVS Foundation.

The scholarship was established in 2020 and the first award was made to Anna Rossi, a nursing student at Utica College.

In recognition of the Imhoff's deep roots in Utica, the Anne M. Pryor Foundation makes an annual donation of $2,000 to Mother Marianne's Westside Kitchen.

Mother Marianne’s West Side Kitchen provides hot meals and/or bag lunches every day (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) to struggling families and individuals, the unemployed, and the homeless. The soup kitchen partners with other agencies to provide informational and educational programs, as well as referrals, for those in need. Founded in 2008, the operation is sustained through volunteers and donations.
